Busy working professionals can now slot in a quick 30-minute lunch time workout at FaMA or Fitness and Martial Arts. Their QuickFit combines HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training with functional bodyweight training exercises for a metabolism boost of up to 48-hours. Workout, shower, hydrate with a complimentary beverage and head back to work—all done in less than 60-minutes.
Classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12noon to 12.30pm.
